DELIVERY
The order generated by the Hoptimum ABC is not the official invoice and does not include the transport charges, the taxes and the custom fees if applicable. Shipping charges and taxes if applicable for your statut will be applied on the final invoice. A copy of the invoice will then be sent to you.

Note that there are handling charges of $ 10 for any order below 75 $.

Once your order is confirmed to be available and your payment authorized, we ship your item(s) immediately by UPS or your own transport preference. If an item is not available we will contact you to inform you when we are expecting to ship. You will not be charged for items not shipped to you.

Once the order has been confirmed and fulfilled, delivery time within Canada is expected to be 3 - 14 business days and for outside of Canada, expect it within 7 to 21 days.

Delivery only occurs on regular business days and does not include any holidays of our delivery carrier. Our regular business days are Monday to Friday from 8h30 to 17h00. Orders placed overnight will be responded to within 24 hours from the opening of the next business day.

US customers please note: delivery can take from 5 to 20 days for shipment arrival and no taxe will be charged.


RETURNS
The procedure to return a product in the event that the product must be returned to Hoptimum ABC for repair or replacement, just call us to obtain an RMA number from the technical support dept. at: (450) 471-5313.

Note that reimbursements will occur only during the first thirty (30) days following the date of purchase. Beyond this time frame, a product will either be repaired or replaced to the discretion of Hoptimum ABC.

Upon receipt of the item (under warranty), our technical support department will determine if the product is defective and if so, we will replace it within shortest delay possible.

Instructions:

Once you have call us and the RMA Number have been issued, Please ensure that all merchandise is properly packaged in its original Box (if available) and put in another box so that the goods will not be damaged.

Please ensure that the RMA Number is inside the box before sending the product(s).

Freight will not be credited.

A 2% charge will be issued if the original Demo box is damaged or if goods are returned damaged after 30 days.
